The Continental Divide Trail mountain bike route is 2,774 miles from Canada to Mexico. This trail was formed by linking trails, roads and mixed use surfaces from 1995 to 1997. Now each year a handful of cyclists take it on in a self-supported race format, called the Tour Divide. This trail is most definitely on my bucket list at some point in my life, but for now this is a great video from Adventure Cycling of many of the highlights of this wild trail.
